Finding your Playsum Games Store order number

Your Order number is needed for tracking and referencing your purchases. Here's how to locate it:

Email Receipt

Check your email inbox for the email receipt from the Playsum Games Store. The Order number will be at the top of the email above the order summary. 

If you can’t find it make sure it’s the same email address associated with your Playsum account, check your spam folder, and if you’re using Gmail check the Promotions tab.

My account > My Orders

Alternatively, log in to your Playsum profile on the store website and navigate to "My Orders." or follow this link.

Your Order number will be displayed alongside your purchase details.
